Yes it is 7 days a week.
There are no days ‘off’ at basic.
You’ll have something to do from reveille to lights out every single day.
On weekends you won’t attend any training classes, but you still have lots to do – cleaning, preparing uniforms, setting up your locker, studying for upcoming evals..
